Abstract
“Eşyayı Nefîse” And “Eşyayı Hasîse” In Literature Of Islamic Law And Their Appearance In Furu
Literature of Islamic law there is a differentiation between “eşyayı nefîse” and “eşyayı hasîse” in property classification but this issue is not examined well because of this it needs to stress. Eşyayı nefîse means that costly properties and eşyayı hasîse means that cheap properties. This differentiation contributes like Qıyemî-mislî that classification about attribute of properties and classification of properties with their price, in this way to make understand the issues it makes conceptual framework.We have to be careful in this concept analysis of properties and goods cannot think independent from custom/urf.
