Özet
Bu makalede tarihsellik ve tarihselcilik kavramları açıklanıp içtihat faaliyetlerinde tarihselliğin öneminden bahsedilecek; değişme olgusunun sosyal gerçekliği ve değişime ayak uydurma konusunda İslam hukukçularının yöntemleri dile getirilecek; Kur’an ahkâmı tarihsellik açısından tasnif edilip akabinde Hz. Peygamber’e ve eşlerine ait hükümler tarihsellik açısından değerlendirilecektir.

Abstract
In this article, verses about prophet Mohammad and his wives will be analyzed within the context of historicity; solutons of Islamic lawyers about getting used to change and change phenomenon will be mentioned; it will be referred shortly about what historicity is, how it comes out and what the relationship is with Qur’an; emphasis on the case-law activity and historicity; afterwards it verses about prophet Mohammad and his wives will be discussed and intrepreted.
