Abstract
Structuring Axiology Axis of Quran and Sunnah in the Sample of Verses and Hadiths About The Prophet Moses
In this article structuring values and practices ie Islamic axiology axis of Quran and Sunnah have been analyzed in the sample of verses and hadiths about tje prophet Moses. In this direction, worships and public and private law matters of Muslim person have been focused on forming based on Quran and Sunnah. Salat, fasting, zakat, victim and vows within the scope of worship and wedding, custody, alimony, divorce, heritage, contracts and tortious acts within the scope of private law and war, judge’s qualifications, oath, apostasy, rajm, retaliation, compensation penalty within the scope of public law have been analyzed. The article has been ended up with expressing the results.
