Abstract
Marriage Perception In The Judaism And Christianity Before Islam
Marriage institution is as old as humanity. Sometimes marriage institution has had different experiences because of the communities which is changed, beliefs or according to customs and traditions. We can define these experiences as the perception of marriage in societies. Marriage perception, has structure that affected by society, geography, traditions and customs. This perception customs and legal sense axis has a significant effect on the formation of the content of the marriage institution. In this respect, both to understand the present-day structure of the marriage institution, as well as to determine the conditions related to its development stages, it is possible by examining the perception of marriage and the institution of marriage in pre-Islamic period. However, issue spread a large historical area and this study must be limited. Therefore, this study will handle according divine religions which are close to emergence of Islam.
