Abstract
Classification of Doctoral Theses in the Fıeld of Islamic Law in Jordan
It is known that many studies have been carried out in the Islamic sciences in Jordan, one of the important countries of the Middle East. In this study, we give brief and concise information about the Universities of Jordan, al-Yarmouk, Al Al-Bayt, World Islamic Science and Education, Mutah, and Amman Arab University, which stand out with their important academic studies in Jordan. Then we attempt to look at, investigate, classify, and evaluate the doctoral theses prepared in the field of Islamic Law at these universities. In the article, together with the classical tripartite division of Islamic law -ibadat, muamalat, uqubat-, the contemporary classification is also taken into consideration. It has been tried to determine which subjects are more studied at the doctorate level and which parts are missing.
