Abstract
The Analysis of Verses About Civil Law in Surah al-Azhab in the Interpretations of Judgement and Hadith Collections
In this article, verses about civil law in surah al-Azhab have been discussed in the context of interpretations of judgement and hadith collections. In this context firstly, opinions in the interpretations of judgement have been presented with authors’ own metodology. Then, approaches of madhhabs have been analyzed systematically in association with these opinions.
