Abstract
Universities and Centres in the UK that Study Islamic Law as an Academic Discipline and Their Doctoral Dissertations
It started in the 19th century that the Western academics study about Islam by the colonization of Muslim lands. All of the Islamic sciences have been included in these studies. There are lots of studies on Islamic Law and these studies deal with the nature of Islamic Law and its source. In this article, I sort the universities which study Islamic Law as an academic discipline in the United Kingdom, and tried to evaluate the names of the doctoral thesis on Islamic Law and finance.
